Nextran Truck Centers in Ft. Lauderdale, FL is seeking an Outside Product Support Representative to expand Parts and Service sales while serving as the liaison between customers, manufacturers, and the dealership.

The role emphasizes growing revenue, developing accounts, resolving issues quickly, and delivering superior customer support for both new and existing clients within a dynamic truck-industry environment.

The Product Support Representative is responsible for both expanding Parts and Service sales and acting as a liaison between the customer, manufacturer and dealership in order to resolve problems and provide superior support for new and existing customers.

Essential Duties
