Job summary

A growing automotive service provider in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an Outside Product Support Representative. The ideal candidate will develop strategies to enhance revenue in the Parts and Service departments and maintain essential customer relationships. Applicants should have at least three years of experience in automotive sales or service technical support, and proficient skills in Word and Excel are required. Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of automotive/heavy-duty parts counter sales experience, outside parts sales experience, or service technical support experience.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing new strategies to grow revenue in the Parts and Service departments.
• Prospecting for new clients and reporting on business opportunities.
• Establishing new accounts from target account list.
• Assisting in developing and promoting new product lines.
• Coordinating the resolution of customer complaints with dealerships and manufacturers.

As a Outside Product Support Representative, you are a valued member of our team, performing:

• Developing and implementing new strategies to grow revenue in the Parts and Service departments
• Prospecting for new clients and reporting on business opportunities
• Establishing new accounts from target account list
• Assisting in developing and promoting new product lines
• Serving as “point of contact” for customer complaints - taking ownership of customers’ issues by coordinating the dealerships and manufacturer’s resources for resolution.
