Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced outside sales representative in the Gillette, WY area. The role involves taking orders from existing customers and acquiring prospective non-member clients by phone or in person, with field visits to review product needs and opportunities.

Candidate will drive a company truck and use a cell phone or allowance, and must maintain professional communication while representing the company at conferences and trade shows. DMV clear driving history is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in field or outside sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from existing customers and generate new non-member accounts by telephone or visits.
• Provide detailed information on products, programs, and services.
• Schedule appointments and meet customers to review product requirements.
• Prepare quotes and follow up with managers with complete customer profiles.
• Maintain up-to-date product and pricing knowledge through training.
