Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive or truck parts sales preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Freightliner trucks and parts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate truck parts and accessories.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including order entry and invoicing.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Freightliner products, parts catalogues, and inventory.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering technical advice.
• Manage inventory levels, restock parts, and ensure the showroom and storage areas are organized.
• Collaborate with service technicians and other departments to fulfill customer needs.
• Promote parts sales through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
