SelecTransportation Resources, LLC. is seeking an Outside Parts Sales Representative in Texas to identify and sell truck parts and accessories to customers, while maintaining excellent service and knowledge of Freightliner products.

The role involves processing sales, managing inventory, and collaborating with technicians to meet customer needs in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license is required and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive or truck parts sales.
• Strong knowledge of Freightliner trucks and parts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills including inventory management and POS systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate truck parts and accessories.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including order entry and invoicing.
• Maintain knowledge of Freightliner products, parts catalogues, and inventory.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Manage inventory levels, restock parts, and keep showroom and storage organized.
• Collaborate with service technicians and other departments to fulfill customer needs.
• Promote parts sales through upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
