Innovations Building Services in Dallas, TX is seeking a Janitorial Sales Developer / Operations with proven revenue growth experience. The position offers a base salary of $68,000 to $70,000 per year, plus a car allowance, uncapped monthly commission, a company cell phone and a laptop.

The role requires heavy travel, daily prospecting, and collaboration with a nationwide sales team. You will educate customers, present products, and identify new business opportunities while supporting clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Outside sales experience (5–8 years) preferred.
• Experience in janitorial operations is required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new and existing business via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Collaborate with a nationwide sales team.
• Assist customers in purchasing decisions.
• Provide janitorial product and technical advice.
• Identify incremental sales opportunities within existing customer base.
• Self-generate at least 50 sales leads per day from scratch.
• Travel locally and nationally to client locations, including overnight stays and weekend travel when necessary.
• Oversee operations and address customer issues.
