Altitude Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Consultant to drive outside sales in the New Iberia area. You will meet with business owners to present supplemental insurance products, build lasting relationships, and manage your own schedule in a supportive team environment.

The role requires an energetic, self-motivated professional ready to work full-time and handle objections while helping clients secure their financial future with top-quality offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales and build relationships with clients.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for business owners/managers.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and managers to present supplemental insurance products.
• Develop and maintain a book of business with a focus on long-term relationships.
• Plan own schedule and submit weekly hours to the sales manager.
• Deliver product presentations to small groups and individual clients as needed.
• Follow up on leads, set appointments, and achieve monthly targets.
