Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Consultant to join our team in Kalispell, MT. This outside sales role focuses on meeting with business owners and managers to present supplemental insurance products, building trust, and growing your personal book of business.

You will set your own schedule within a 40-hour work week, receive virtual classroom training and hands-on territory coaching, and have access to performance bonuses, commissions, and incentives as you develop your client base.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and managers to present supplemental insurance products.
• Build lasting relationships and grow a personal book of business.
• Plan your own schedule within a 40-hour work week and meet monthly targets.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients for re-servicing.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily and coordinate with sales manager.
