AAA Hoosier Insurance Agency is seeking an outside insurance sales agent to grow our personal and commercial insurance book. You will build relationships, generate new business through networking and referrals, and convert conversations into long-term client coverage with trusted, carrier-backed solutions.

You will manage your own pipeline, conduct needs-based consultations, stay current on carrier offerings, and meet sales goals while adhering to agency guidelines and best practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5 years industry experience.
• 1+ year in personal lines insurance (sales, service, or account management).
• Familiarity with personal and commercial insurance products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance software.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and generate new business through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with individuals and families seeking personal coverage.
• Conduct needs-based consultations to tailor insurance solutions across personal and commercial lines.
