Comparion Insurance Agency is seeking self-motivated, relationship-driven professionals for a rewarding outside sales career in Indiana. This field-based, full-time role requires traveling within the local community to meet customers and build relationships, with autonomy, flexibility, and opportunities to grow earnings.

No prior insurance experience is required, and comprehensive training is provided under Liberty Mutual’s backing. Licensing (P&C and Life) will be obtained after hire.

• Sell auto, home, life, small commercial auto, and related insurance products using a consultative approach.

• Document customer interactions accurately and handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Use insurance sales technology and multi-carrier platforms to tailor insurance solutions.
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance incentives to improve results.
