Comparion Insurance Agency is seeking self-motivated, relationship-driven outside sales professionals to build a local book of business in Indiana. This field-based role offers autonomy, earning potential, and the chance to protect individuals and families with auto, home, life, small commercial auto, and specialty insurance.

Responsabilidades

Sell auto, home, life, small commercial auto, and related insurance products using a consultative, needs-based approach.
Build and maintain a book of business through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
Identify prospective customers using established lead methodologies and outreach.
Accurately document customer interactions and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Use sales technology and multi-carrier platforms to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
Participate in training, coaching, and performance incentives to improve results.
