MIR Belting in Orange County, CA, seeks an Outside Industrial Sales Representative to sell conveyor belting and industrial rubber products. You will travel the territory, generate leads, quote prices, and prepare sales contracts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), a valid driver's license, and at least five years in industrial sales. Strong communication, analytical skills, and relationship building are essential. Uncapped commissions follow training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum five years of sales experience, industrial sales preferred.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills for one-on-one and small group presentations.

Responsabilités

• Initiate cold calls (lead generation) and travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Engage new, existing, and prospective customers to develop a book of business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge using samples or catalogs; prepare surveys of customer equipment and needs.
