Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to diagnose home comfort needs and propose HVAC and water heater solutions. This outside sales role blends consultative selling, customer education, and relationship management, leveraging company-provided leads and your own pipeline to close opportunities.
You will visit homes in Champaign, IL, build trust, stay current with energy‑efficient tech, and earn base salary plus commissions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of proven sales experience (B2C preferred).
- Strong business development abilities and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to educate customers and present technical concepts clearly.
- Commitment to high‑quality, customer‑focused service.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
