Job summary

Sysco Central Pennsylvania, LLC is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to grow our customer base in Hershey and surrounding areas. You will promote products and services, build new relationships, and pursue opportunities to surpass sales targets.

You will engage with customers, present solutions, and provide training while traveling to accounts and events. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience is required, along with a valid driver's license and willingness to relocate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; 3+ years in Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales, or Sysco Sales Internship.
• Alternative: HSD/GED with 3+ years in related sales roles; bilingual abilities a plus.
• Pass employment testing and relocation to territory may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to achieve profitable sales growth.
• Qualify prospects following account stratification goals and research customer needs.
• Present product information and pricing, advise on menu suggestions, and provide training to customer staff.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts and events as needed; manage deliveries and order issues.
• Prepare sales budgets and reports, and maintain sales records; assist with credits and quotes.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings; participate in promotions and customer visits.
