Job summary

Sysco is seeking an outside sales professional to promote products and services within Hershey, PA and surrounding area. The role focuses on developing new accounts, servicing existing ones, and meeting sales and profit targets.

The position may require evening, weekend, and holiday hours to support customer needs. You will drive personal vehicle visits, present product information, provide training to customers, and coordinate deliveries with operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HSD/GED with 3 years relevant experience in sales or restaurant management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel and work in the Hershey, PA area.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business, penetrate accounts for profitable growth, and protect existing business.
• Qualify prospects and research customer needs to tailor product/service mix.
• Present products, provide training, and discuss pricing with customers.
• Drive to customer accounts and coordinate with delivery/credit as needed.
• Attend meetings, train new staff, and analyze sales/gross profit data.
