Job summary

Omni Fiber, LLC. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Los Fresnos region in Brownsville, TX. The base salary starts at $42K with uncapped monthly commissions and potential bonuses, targeting an annual compensation up to $105K.

You will engage with homeowners in person, present Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services, and own your territory to grow the customer base. Comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record and state-required auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Positive and outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach potential customers.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
• Use of a personal vehicle with IRS rate mileage reimbursement; travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations.
• Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory.
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction.
• Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards.
