Omni Fiber, LLC. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Mansfield region. You will drive direct homeowner engagement, present fiber internet solutions, and manage your territory to grow customer base in Ashland, Mansfield, Wooster, and nearby areas.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and strong bonus potential, plus benefits and advancement opportunities. Training provided for those new to sales.

Qualifications

• Must be motivated to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance as required by state.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Connect directly with homeowners through door-to-door engagement and in-home sales presentations.
• Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and TV services.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory.
• Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction.
• Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards.
