Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Brownsville, Los Fresnos and surrounding areas, engaging homeowners with door-to-door visits and in-home consultations to explain high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services.

You will own your territory, drive growth with uncapped commissions, a $42k base, and bonuses that can push total compensation toward $105k annually; the role includes benefits, PTO, and 401(k) matching, with strong training and clear career

Qualifications

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota‑driven sales role.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and minimum auto insurance required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach customers and handle rejection.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
• Use of a personal vehicle is required; travel reimbursements follow IRS rates.
