Omni Fiber, LLC. in Wooster, OH is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive fiber internet adoption in the Ashland/Mansfield/Wooster region. The role offers a base salary of $42,000 plus uncapped commissions and annual bonuses, with an overall target compensation up to $105,000.

You'll engage homeowners door-to-door, present Omni Fiber's services, and meet monthly sales goals within your territory. Training is provided, and benefits include 401(k), PTO, holidays, and health coverage.

Qualifikationen

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
• Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
• Use of a personal vehicle is required. After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate. Travel outside of your territory will also be reimbursed at the IRS rate per mile incurred.
