Omni Fiber, LLC. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Painesville, OH. You will engage homeowners door-to-door, conduct in-home consultations, and showcase high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services. Own your territory and drive growth in the Ashland region and surrounding areas.

No prior sales experience is required as comprehensive training is provided to set you up for success from day one.

Qualifications

• Quota-driven sales role with a strong desire to succeed.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Positive, outgoing demeanor with resilience to rejection.
• Familiarity with iPads and mobile devices for demonstrations and sign‑ups.
• Self-drive to travel within assigned territory; IRS mileage reimbursements apply.

Responsibilities

• Door-to-door engagement with homeowners.
• Present and explain Omni Fiber internet, voice, and TV services.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals in the assigned territory.
