Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an Outside Account Manager to run a book of commercial facility management accounts in the Las Vegas area. You will maintain service levels, grow accounts, and lead a network of contractors, while spending mornings visiting clients and afternoons handling admin in the office.

You will direct an assistant night manager and a network of vendors, holding them accountable to ensure every scope is delivered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading staff and a network of vendors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with initiative and results orientation.
• Experience in account management, route sales, or service sales, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Run your territory and own the results.
• Visit client properties in person to maintain relationships.
• Retain accounts by solving problems before they grow.
• Sell and manage additional services to grow each account.
• Direct your night manager and vendors and hold them accountable.
