City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to manage a commercial client portfolio in the Inland Empire. You will act as the trusted advisor, ensuring facilities are well maintained while identifying opportunities for additional solutions to improve efficiency.

You’ll visit client facilities, meet with owners and managers, coordinate with contractors, and deliver exceptional service. A strong emphasis on autonomy, relationship-building, and results-driven incentives is

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management or similar client-facing role.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with clients through regular facility visits and proactive communication.
• Ensure exceptional service through routine quality inspections and follow-up.
• Coordinate with contractor network to resolve client concerns.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships with additional services and products.
• Prepare pricing and proposals for additional services and coordinate new client starts to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Recruit, develop and manage relationships with independent contractors.
• Work with Night Managers to maintain service quality.
• Maintain accurate client information and inspection records in the CRM.
• Partner with Sales Team to identify new opportunities within the territory.
• Help protect and grow the existing book of business through outstanding customer service.
