Job description

Are you a proven construction or remodeling sales professional who thrives on autonomy, relationships, and results? The Dailey Company is hiring a full-time Outside Contractor Sales Representative for a hybrid in-office/remote position, based out of Willow Grove, PA, and covering Montgomery and Bucks County. If you're driven, competitive, and motivated by uncapped earning potential, this is your opportunity to own your territory and your success.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in the remodeling/construction sales world
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Fluency in computers and CRMs
• Comfortable and confident with cold calling

Previous experience selling windows, doors, or cabinets is preferred.

PAY

On-target earnings of $120,000–$200,000 per year (base salary + uncapped commission) with performance incentives

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OUTSIDE CONTRACTOR SALES REP

This is a full-time, hybrid role with variable shifts within business hours based on your schedule and your clients' needs.

In this role, you'll spend your days identifying and creating new business opportunities with contractors and builders, building trusted relationships, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships. You'll manage your pipeline with discipline, log every interaction in our CRM, and strategically grow your territory with the goal of generating $1M+ in sales in your first year, all while representing The Dailey Company with professionalism and confidence.
