You will work on Electronic Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion systems, collaborating with customers and subcontractors to ensure successful service and ongoing protection for client sites. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and professional growth, with responsibilities including on-site assessments, training customers, and pursuing service

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in video surveillance and camera systems preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Service Integrated Security Systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful installations.
• Provide customer training and on-site assessments for service needs.
• Promote service contracts and maintain knowledge of products.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and document work performed.
• Manage truck inventory and understand parts, part numbers, and descriptions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Service systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems and more.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful installations.
• Provide customer training and handle on-site assessments for service needs.
• Promote business opportunities for service contracts and maintain product knowledge.
• Keep a clean, safe work environment and manage job documentation efficiently.
• Maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge and understanding of all parts, part numbers and part descriptions.
• Other duties as assigned.
