Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an Outside Commercial Sales Representative for the Entry Door- Aftermarket division in Albuquerque, NM. The role focuses on building relationships, selling commercial doors and related products, and managing each proposal from initial contact to closing the sale.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of outside sales experience, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work with blueprints/plans. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years outside sales experience.
• Ability for technical applications and mechanical systems.
• Experience with Blue Prints/Plans and Specs is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our commercial doors and related products and services.
• Develop sales opportunities and solve problems through consultative sales.
• Cultivate sales within owners/managers of commercial/industrial buildings in Albuquerque and surrounding areas.
