DH Pace Company, Inc. is a family-owned provider of commercial doors and related services, with a long track record across the United States. We are seeking an Outside Commercial Sales Representative in Harlingen, Texas to build relationships and drive sales of our door products.

You will meet with decision makers, identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and manage projects from call to close while maintaining CRM records and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years outside sales experience.
• Ability for technical applications and mechanical systems.
• Experience with Blueprints/Plans and Specs highly desired.
• Outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our commercial doors and services.
• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems.
• Cultivate sales within commercial/industrial buildings, hospitals, colleges, K-12 and municipalities in Harlingen and surrounding areas.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
• Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals.
• Meet with customers, assess needs, and sell technical and mechanical goods and services.
• Develop scope of work for each proposal and handle every detail from call to close.
• Follow up quickly to close projects and participate in project management when necessary.
• Maintain CRM daily.
