This position involves the procurement of repairable/resalable goods such as cars, wheels, lights, and core products.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining purchase manifest and supplier accounts
• Planning daily routes and vendor visits
• Delivering payments to vendors
• Identifying potential new customers and establishing relationships
• Managing inventory awareness and supply needs
• Maintaining communication with leadership regarding market conditions
• Negotiating pricing and purchase terms
• Processing orders and managing relationships
• Inspecting products for proof of ownership and attaching titles or CDs
• Coordinating shipment and delivery of goods
• Performing other duties as assigned

Minimum requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1+ years of related experience
• Valid driver’s license and passing MVR and drug tests
• Knowledge of replacement parts for the aftermarket collision repair industry

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience determining product resolvability
• Forklift experience
• College coursework

Skills and abilities:

• Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with moderate complexity

Physical demands and work environment:

• Primarily sedentary work requiring sitting for extended periods
• Travel may be required, including overnight stays
