Job summary

Gunton Corporation, the leading independent distributor of Pella Windows & Doors, is expanding its Outside Sales Team. Located in a territory around our showrooms (Harrisburg, Langhorne, Plymouth Meeting, Whitehall, Cherry Hill), you will target builders, contractors, remodelers and replacement companies.

Responsibilities include developing a business plan, acquiring new accounts, visiting permit offices, and representing Pella with up-to-date product knowledge.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to cold call and prospect.
• Experience in outside sales and construction-related products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan to reach sales goals.
• Focus on new account acquisition with builders, contractors, remodelers, and replacement companies.
• Visit permit offices or review permit reports to uncover active projects.
• Attend trade shows or chapter meetings to grow network and client base.
• Maintain knowledge of Pella and competitor products and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare take-offs and propose window/door solutions to meet customer needs.
