Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking an Outreach Worker for the Community Wraparound program in Western Massachusetts. The role focuses on hands-on, community-based support to empower children and families to build life skills and access resources.
You will deliver structured activities, teach social and emotional skills, provide transportation, and coordinate with clinical staff to align with treatment plans.
