Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. seeks a Therapeutic Training and Support Worker for its In-Home Therapy team in Western Massachusetts.

You will deliver therapeutic training and support services in the home, school, and community, helping youth and families apply skills learned in therapy sessions. Responsibilities include coordinating with therapists, schools, and community providers, documenting progress, and offering psychoeducation to caregivers.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services-related field required.
  • At least 1 year of human services experience (2 years if Associate's level) required.
  • Knowledge of mental illness diagnoses, behavioral modification, and coping techniques.
  • Experience providing parenting education and working with children and families required.
  • Familiarity with child-serving systems and community resources.
  • Cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Strong written, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with care coordination by collaborating with therapists, schools, and community providers.
  • Help families build connections to resources, services, and supports.

  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and treatment planning.

Pay: $21.50 - $23 per hour
What You'll Do
