Job summary

Pediatric Home Service is seeking an Outreach Representative in Jacksonville, FL to expand access to home-based pediatric care. You will build relationships with hospitals and clinics, represent the organization at events, and collaborate with marketing to drive awareness of our services for medically complex children.

The role emphasizes travel and in-office hybrid work, with a focus on identifying new referral opportunities and educating healthcare professionals about our patient population

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of healthcare sales outreach or referral development experience; pediatrics preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to engage diverse audiences including physicians, nurses, case managers and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build strong long term relationships with referral sources—hospitals and clinics.
• Represent PHS at conferences, community events and professional gatherings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute outreach strategies, campaigns and presentations.
• Identify and develop new referral opportunities based on market changes and community needs.
• Conduct tours and presentations to educate healthcare professionals about our services and patient population.
• Partner with account liaisons and internal teams to ensure seamless communication with external professionals.
• Track and analyze market trends, referral data and growth opportunities to shape business strategy.

THE ROLE

We are currently seeking an Outreach Representative to join our team This individual will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with hospitals clinics and healthcare professionals in order to grow awareness of PHS services and expand access to care for children and families

• Build strong long term relationships with referral sources hospitals and clinics to drive new referrals and admissions
• Represent PHS at conferences community events and professional gatherings to promote our mission and services
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute outreach strategies campaigns and presentations
• Identify and develop new referral opportunities based on market changes and community needs
• Conduct tours and presentations to educate healthcare professionals about our services and patient population
• Partner closely with account liaisons and internal teams to ensure seamless communication between PHS and external healthcare professionals
• Track and analyze market trends referral data and growth opportunities to help shape business strategy

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 35 years of healthcare sales outreach or referral development experience pediatric home care nursing infusion or nutrition strongly preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to engage diverse audiences including physicians nurses case managers and community stakeholders
• Proven ability to develop strategies and achieve growth goals
• Passion for patient centered care and a mission driven approach to helping children and families

Pediatric Home Service is a pediatric home health agency that has provided high quality DME and nursing services to medically fragile children since 1990 Our services allow our clients to remain and thrive in their homes schools and communities The majority of the clients we serve are ages birth through 21 years old and have a variety of technologies that might include a trach ventilator or g tube
