Job summary

Pediatric Home Service is seeking an Outreach Representative to build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to grow awareness and access to care for children and families.

You will represent PHS at conferences and events, collaborate with marketing to execute outreach strategies, and identify new referral opportunities, driving future referrals and admissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of healthcare sales, outreach, or referral development experience (pediatric home care, nursing, infusion, or nutrition strongly preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to engage diverse audiences including physicians, nurses, case managers, and community stakeholders.
• Proven ability to develop strategies and achieve growth goals.
• Passion for patient-centered care and a mission-driven approach to helping children and families.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking an Outreach Representative to join our team. This individual will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals in order to grow awareness of PHS services and expand access to care for children and families.

Build strong, long-term relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and clinics to drive new referrals and admissions.
