Job summary

Aveda is seeking a High School Recruiter dedicated to developing recruitment strategies and meaningful community partnerships. This position focuses on enhancing the Institute's visibility and executing effective recruitment strategies.

You will manage relationships with high school counselors, coordinate recruitment events, and organize community outreach programs. Ideal candidates possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with prior experience in recruitment or admissions.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in recruitment or high school counseling preferred.
• Exhibit self-direction, initiative, and resourcefulness.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and handle multiple tasks.
