Qualifications

• Two years’ experience working with people experiencing homelessness or related health challenges.
• Ability to build positive relationships with diverse populations.
• Ability to participate in program evaluation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide injury prevention and mobile outreach services.
• Distribute supplies and naloxone per Health Department guidelines.
• Conduct residue drug checking and educate participants on overdose risk reduction.
• Maintain documentation and report data for grants and contracts.
