Healthcare Alternative Systems, Inc. seeks an Outreach Program Manager to lead HAS Outreach and Harm Reduction services across multiple Chicagoland locations. You will supervise staff, manage data and reporting, and build partnerships with community organizations and treatment providers.

The role emphasizes evidence-based outreach, compliance with funder requirements, and staff development in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Human Services, Psychology, or related field required.
• Three+ years supervising or managing grant-funded programs with reporting and budgeting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong communication skills in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and coordinate HAS Outreach and Harm Reduction services.
• Supervise outreach staff, including performance management and development.
• Track program outcomes, prepare reports, and ensure contract deliverables.
• Develop partnerships with community stakeholders and treatment providers.
• Oversee Narcan/Naloxone distribution and referrals.
