Health Federation of Philadelphia seeks a Community Engagement Manager to lead SUPHR’s outreach and education, focusing on equity for Black and Brown communities with high overdose burden. You will supervise staff, plan services, build partnerships, and ensure safe, accountable operations in collaboration with city partners.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of harm reduction principles and related terminology, including overdose prevention and naloxone.
• Trauma-informed, person-centered, culturally responsive service delivery.
• Experience leading staff, resolving conflicts, and enforcing policies.
• Strong planning, scheduling, logistics, and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse communities.

Responsabilités

• Develop work plans with goals, timelines, and staff assignments; use data to identify priority neighborhoods.
• Plan tabling at libraries, community orgs, and events; coordinate street outreach.
• Coordinate routes, staffing, transportation, and supplies; adapt to changing needs.
• Ensure staff deliver culturally responsive overdose education and harm reduction demos.
• Oversee naloxone distribution and ensure safe, compliant practices.
• Maintain outreach quality, wellness checks, and referrals to services.
• Contribute to program evaluation data and internal/external reporting.
• Represent the program in meetings with external partners and funders.
