Job summary

Wellness Equity Alliance LLC is a national multidisciplinary health organization delivering integrated, community-based care. We are seeking a Harm Reduction Manager for the Street Medicine Program to lead field operations, supervise staff, and ensure services align with evidence-based, participant-centered practice.

This 100% in-person role requires close collaboration with outreach and clinical teams, strong leadership, and the ability to engage with people experiencing homelessness in diverse

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in harm reduction or related field, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of harm reduction principles, substance use disorder, overdose prevention, and trauma‑informed care.
• Current CPR/First Aid and naloxone certification, or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and ability to travel between outreach sites.
• Strong communication, organizational, and crisis‑management skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries while working with highly vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day harm reduction operations in field settings.
• Supervise outreach workers, peers, and volunteers; conduct coaching and performance reviews.
• Design and refine harm reduction protocols; track program metrics for reporting.
• Represent WEA in partnerships with health departments, shelters, and community organizations.
