Responsibilities

Engage with local communities to attract candidates for entry-level warehouse roles.
Build relationships with community partners, housing communities, local organizations, and other talent sources.
Represent the organization at job fairs, community events, information sessions, and other recruiting events.
Distribute recruiting materials and conduct grassroots outreach in local communities.
Deliver presentations and information sessions using provided materials.
Support internal referral programs and other candidate-attraction initiatives.
Identify creative outreach methods where traditional recruiting may be limited.
