Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is hiring Outreach Counselors in Massachusetts. You will coordinate treatment with clinical staff, run 1:1 and group activities, and help individuals engage with employment and entitlements to support independence.

The role emphasizes community integration, trauma‑informed care, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in a top workplace environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License with reliable vehicle and acceptable driving record.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interventions identified on the Treatment Plan with supervision from licensed clinical staff.
• Implement activities that create opportunities for valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
• Provide one‑to‑one and group activities to increase readiness for rehabilitation.
• Assist individuals with securing financial support, employment, or entitlements.
• Participate in On-Call rotation.
