Interlingva is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to support interpreter recruitment and scheduling coverage. This role blends candidate sourcing, outreach, and administrative coordination to help the Talent Acquisition team identify, engage, screen, and onboard qualified interpreters while keeping day-to-day recruitment operations running smoothly.

The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or with scheduling and HR teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with recruitment or sourcing using social media and community research.
• Ability to manage high volumes of calls, emails, and documentation with accuracy.
• Maintain candidate and interpreter databases with up-to-date records.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling/management systems.
• Strong interpersonal, phone, and email etiquette.
• Able to work independently or with scheduling and HR teams.
• Detail oriented; adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Bilingual preferred (English plus another language).

• Strong interpersonal, phone, and email etiquette


• Able to work independently with sound judgment, as well as collaboratively with the scheduling and HR teams


• Detail oriented, dependable, and adaptable to shifting priorities


• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
