Shriners Children’s is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to manage clinic outreach in the hospital and surrounding areas for patients up to age 21. The Outreach Coordinator provides a wide range of clerical support to the Care Management Department and Outpatient Clinic in the areas of data management, medical records/billing, community contact, monthly reporting, and general clerical duties. Responsible for the coordination of the outreach clinics at the hospital and in surrounding geographic area for infant, toddler, preschool, school age, adolescent, and young adult (up to age 21) patients. Duties include, but are not limited to, scheduling and coordinating the outreach clinics including arranging travel accommodations, clinic locations, etc., staffing, patient appointments and follow-up of ordered tests. Works in conjunction with the clerical staff in managing the patient information, preparing for the clinics and staffing the clinics. Participates in the continuous quality management program as it relates to the outreach clinic setting.
The pay range for this position is $31.09 - $46.64/hour. Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
