Overview

Motion Recruitment is currently hiring for an Outreach Coordinator to support community engagement initiatives and ensure smooth program operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, comfort with technology and social media, and the ability to work independently in the field. This is a hybrid role with some travel expectations. Travel will be 1-2 hours outside of Columbus.

This is a short-term contract opportunity!

Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing community outreach activities and events.
• Engage with the public and represent the organization in a professional, approachable manner.
• Navigate and utilize social media channels to promote outreach efforts.
• Perform basic technical tasks in Excel, Word, Outlook, and other office tools.
• Travel within assigned territories; must have reliable transportation.
• Occasionally lift up to 30 lbs. and work some weekends as required.
