Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and driven Outreach and Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will connect with architecture students and young professionals, introducing them to ArchK’s tailored job coaching and mentoring services. Your efforts will play a vital role in helping individuals unlock their potential and thrive in their architectural careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Outreach: Engage with architecture students and recent graduates through online platforms, university networks, and other channels to promote ArchK’s services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of ArchK’s services and effectively communicate their value.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with ArchK’s marketing and operations teams to refine outreach and sales strategies.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather insights from clients to help improve ArchK’s services and identify market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Education/Experience: Background in communication, marketing, sales, or a related field. Knowledge of or interest in the architecture industry is a plus.
  • Sales Enthusiasm: Passion for connecting with peers and promoting services that can transform careers.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect authentically with architecture students and young professionals.
