Yellowstone Boys & Girls Ranch is seeking a Program Therapist to join a multidisciplinary care team. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual, group and family therapy to youth in school, community, and home settings, with telehealth options where appropriate.

Strong documentation, adherence to PQI standards, and collaboration with schools and agencies are essential to support youth outcomes and program viability.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or similar field.
• Current license or ability to obtain Montana clinical license.
• Experience providing therapy to youth and families.
• Ability to work with diverse funding streams and follow regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, group and family therapy to youth in various settings.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans with regular documentation.
• Engage caregivers and school staff to support treatment goals.
• Deliver crisis intervention in a calm, safety-conscious manner.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and community agencies.
