Job summary

Healogics is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care and manage intake and discharge for the Wound Care Center. The role may include Case Manager duties and embolic vein clinic support after training.

Essential duties include nursing assessments, care plan documentation, and collaboration with physicians to achieve outcomes. HBO therapy duties are performed after specialized training, with emphasis on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires a Degree in Nursing (ADN) and an active RN license in the practicing state.
• BLS certification required; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Wound care certification preferred; BSN is preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and handle intake and discharge as scheduled.
• Assist vein clinic after specialized training.
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned Wound Care Center patients.
• Perform initial nursing assessment and document care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient education.
• Assist HBO therapy and related duties after training; support safety protocols.
