Job summary

Qualifications

• RN degree (ADN) and active RN license in practice state.
• BSN preferred.
• Wound care certification preferred; wound care experience preferred.
• Strong BLS competency and clinical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and nursing documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for Wound Care Center patients and manage intake/discharge.
• May assist in the vein clinic after specialized training.
• May serve as Case Manager for assigned patients and coordinate care.
• Perform HBO-related duties after completing Healogics hyperbaric training.
• Collaborate with other providers and leaders to address clinic and patient needs.
• Possibly act as a scribe per policy; perform other duties as required.
