Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Primary Care physician to join its outpatient centers dedicated to Seniors in Phoenix, Arizona.

Outpatient position only for patients 60 years and older, with clinic hours Monday-Friday, no weekends or extended hours, a small panel, and a full support team to spend meaningful time with each patient using a cloud-based EMR within modern facilities.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required).
• M.D. or D.O. graduates.
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care for seniors (patients 60+).
• Maintain small panel sizes to build relationships with patients.
• Collaborate with a full care team and utilize a cloud-based EMR.
