Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Primary Care physician to join its outpatient centers dedicated to seniors in Phoenix, Arizona. You will deliver primary care to patients aged 60+ in a supportive, clinic-based setting with a focus on relationship-building and high-quality care.

The role features a dedicated care team, cloud-based EMR, state-of-the-art facilities, and a compensation package with base salary plus quality-based bonus. Arizona licensure is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• MD/DO graduate and licensed to practice in Arizona.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Geriatrics fellowship is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to patients aged 60 and older.
• Work regular clinic hours Monday–Friday with no weekends.
• Develop strong patient relationships with a small panel size.
• Collaborate with a full care team and utilize cloud EMR and modern tech.

Qualifications:
