Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to seniors (60+) in outpatient settings.
• Maintain small patient panels and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with a full care team and use cloud-based EMR.

• Outpatient position only, treating patients only 60 years and older

• Clinic Hours Monday-Friday, NO Weekends or Extended Hours

• Small panel sizes that allow our physicians to focus and build relationships with their patients

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. graduates

• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)

• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required

• Physician must have an active, non-probationary Arizona medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full Arizona medical licensure
