Job summary

ArchWell Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Primary Care physician to join our outpatient centers dedicated to seniors. Practice focuses on patients 60+ with a small panel and a full supportive care team to allow meaningful patient time.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends or extended hours, and a compensation model with base salary plus a quality-based bonus, plus full benefits and CME support.

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduates with medical licensure in Arizona.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Geriatrics fellowship welcome, but not required.
• Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient position treating patients 60 years and older with a focus on preventative care.
• Develop strong patient relationships with a small panel in a supportive clinic team.
• Utilize cloud-based EMR and modern technology to deliver high-quality senior care.
